By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or accessing OphthoWorld, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed through your account. Accounts and subscriptions are intended for individual use and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or made available to another person.

Subscriptions and Payments

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Prices, subscription duration, and any applicable taxes or charges will be displayed before payment is completed. Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers. Access to paid content begins after successful payment and activation of the subscription.

Intellectual Property

All content available through OphthoWorld, including questions, explanations, text, illustrations, graphics, logos, software, design elements, and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Acceptable Use

Availability

We aim to keep OphthoWorld available and operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Cancellation and Refunds

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided that the subscriber has not accessed, used, or otherwise benefited from the paid service. Once the paid content has been accessed or used, payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Duplicate or incorrect charges will be reviewed and, if confirmed, refunded to the original payment method.

Changes to the Service or Terms

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
